La Trainer ha il problema che, se usata come unico alimento (senza integrazioni di umido né alternanza con altri crocchi), pare dia problemi alle basse vie urinarie. Questo è stato riscontrato da molti allevatori.
Va benissimo però se usata in parallelo ad altri cibi.
