Ok, oggi niente Danubio, ma ho fatto due cose: i Muffin (che ho farcito con gocce di cioccolato/nutella/marmellata di arance), e Questa , che ho variato aggiungendo le gocce di cioccolata, e sostituendo una parte della farina 00 con farina integrale bio....

L'unico appunto sono stati gli stampi. Ho usato quelli in silicone sia per i muffin, che sono usciti tutti, e sia per la torta, che però si è attaccata... Però ho degli stampi in silicone eccezionali, secondo me sono le Lillotte che valgono meno....
Ma il burro spray si può usare per ungere teglie e stampi o è sprecato?

Il mio bimby si è quasi fuso questi giorni :cisssss: , stò iniziando a fare le cose per il compleanno della piccola ed ho fatto 5 impasti per il danubio, ho fatto 4 danubi(emmenthal e p. cotto , salsiccia e crescenza, spinaci e salsiccia) e una 60 di panini. Poi ho fatto un 100 di queste polpettine
